How does the Tailed Beast Bomb function?
The tailed beast bomb or the bijudama is the signature attack of all nine tailed beasts and the ten tailed beast from Naruto. It is an immensely powerful attack that leaves behind extreme devastation and reshapes the entire landscape
This technique is created by the Biju and the
jinchuriki’s by combining positive black chakra and negative white chakra in an
8: 2 and compressing it into a dense orb. This orb is so densely packed that
its weight usually results in the ground beneath it shattering. For a normal
person, creating a change in form to manifest the Jutsu is practically
impossible. But it can be circumvented in some specific circumstances, as seen
by Minato Namikaze’s Rasengan
The Rasengan was created after Minato saw the bijudama
and took inspiration from it. It condenses the chakra in the palm of the hand to
create an orb of chakra. As the 8:2 chakra cannot be balanced without the help
of a tailed beast, Minato compensated for this by adding a rotation in the
Jutsu. The fundamentals of the Rasengan and the bijudama are similar conceptually
and in execution. The scales of the two jutsu is quite different, with Rasengan
being much smaller
Despite appearing as a simple technique, there are
many ways it can be used. The tailed beast or the jinchuriki can compress tit
until its small enough and swallow it, and release it as a powerful laser of
destruction
Several tailed beasts can also merge their respective
tailed beast bombs to create a larger variant without any loss in power. This
merger doesn’t change the chakra balance and only amplifies the damage of the
technique
The most common way to fire of this technique is to
create a normal bijuudama and shoot it out at extreme speeds but weaker
versions of the Jutsu can be rapidly fired for a multi-shot attack. This is called
Continuous tailed beast bombs
The Tailed Beast Bomb is a fearsome technique that is
only used by a few people, the amount of power it takes is enormous but it is
the raw destruction it causes that makes it a Jutsu to respect and fear.
